Welcome to our handcraftbrewery on this beautiful small island! We're getting ready for an absolutely fantastic summer, folks! We're thrilled to welcome all the incredible guests and tourists to enjoy our tremendous brews. And let me tell you, nobody does beer and ciders better then us, believe me. We got something for everyone, from light and refreshing to deep and dark.

Summer has ended

Yes, summer has come to an end and we are now in full preparation for the big Skördefest event!

Its very rare that we have this many fresh beers in stock as we will have for this event and there is also a new beer about to be released during the event - Kvack Kvack BOOM!
Also a fresh batch of #Åland100 and we hope to have the Köldknäpp there as well!

PORTER (RETIRED)

Vår porter är en öl bryggd för att vara mångsidig och smakrik utan att bli en dessertöl, vi har använt bourbonvanilj från Madagaskar som lånar ut en mörk, mjuk vaniljton men vi har varit noga med att hålla vaniljnivån på den grad att den fortfarande skall passa bra till matkombinationer. Drick den gärna som den är men den trivs kanske bäst i sällskap med mat då gärna med något kolgrillat även lite fet mat, eller varför inte den klassiska kombinationen ostron vs porter?

Ingredients:	Pale ale, choklad, biscuit, caramel och black malt. Challenger humle och engelsk jäst, bourbonvanilj.
Notes:	Mörkt bröd och Madagaskarchoklad, lätt kryddig och torr munkänsla.

LAZY IPA

This is a beer that you keep coming back to.

Style:	Indian Pale Ale
ABV:	6,3%
Ingredients:	Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hops. Pale-, Caramel- and wheat malt plus oats, American yeast
Notes:	This is clearly a beer bursting with hops, a exotic fruit salad based with a piney bitter bite. We use both oats and wheat in the malt bill to give this brew a round, bready mouthfeel.

Foods:	There are not many beers out there which loves food more than Ipa, the bitterness allows you to put a little extra mayonnaise, extra glaze, use more marbelled cuts. Ipa loves the challenge, be careful with too light dishes since this beer will run it over.

PARADOXALE

Black IPA is a india pale ale but with a dark colour, we have choosen to take a unusual and more difficult (but better if you ask us) method to achieve this. We mash our Paradoxale as we would a normal IPA but when we reach the point of mash out, we add the roasted malt wich gives the brew its dark colour. The method gives us the colour and nutty tones of roasted malt but the short contact time doesn’t allow the roasted malt to realase it`s bitter astringent compounds, we want the bitterness to be from hops not malt.

ABV:	6,1%
Ingredients:	Pale ale, caramel, rye, blackmalt and oats. We have used Amarillo and Citra hops simultaneously thru the many hop additions from bittering to dryhop. American yeast.
Notes:	Full and rich, spicy bitterness. Dark rye bread and stonefruit with a grassy backnote.

Foods:	This is an exiting beer to pair food with as it combines the bitterness and potential to stand its own against heavy, fat and rich dishes with the hoppiness and rye richness to build flavourbridges with. Exelent with barbeque or smoked salmon.

BUT DIFFERENT

En perfekt öl om man vill kunna njuta av fler en en, smakrikedomen påmminer hos den i en fruktig Ipa men i ett mildare format. I baren, på uteserveringen eller vid matbordet, denna öl gör sig bra överallt och är en bra öl för de som nyss har börjat upptäcka hantverks öl och vill ha nått gott men inte allt för komplicerat.

Ingredients:	Mosaic. Pale ale, karamell malt och havre. Amerikansk jäst.
Notes:	Tropiska frukter.

SAME SAME

En perfekt öl om man vill kunna njuta av fler än en. Smakrikedomen påmminer om en fruktig Ipa men i ett mildare format. I baren, på uteserveringen eller vid matbordet, denna öl gör sig bra överallt och är en bra öl för de som nyss har börjat upptäcka hantverksöl och vill ha något gott och inte allt för komplicerat.

Ingredients:	Citra, Amarillo och Calypso(torrhumling). Pale ale, karamell malt och havre. Amerikansk jäst.
Notes:	Både Citra och Amarillo humle ger massor av citrus toner, allt från citron och grape till apelsin, amarillo ger även doft och smak av stenfrukter som persika med en bakomliggande tallbarrighet. I torrhumlingen använder vi även Calypso för att boosta fruktigheten.

FARMHOUSE

Saison began as a pale ale brewed in the cooler, less active months in farmhouses in Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium, and stored for the seasonal workers (Saisonniers) as liquid bread to drink in the summer months. The workers needed something to fill their stomachs and quenching their thirst, saison is a high carbonated refreshing drink. Farmhouse is a modern take on the classical Saison, more of everything really, more alcohol, more hops.

Ingredients:	Pale ale and Wheat malt. We have used Azacca and Amarillo in the boil and dry-hopped with Cascade.
Notes:	A lot of citrus and herbs, fruity rich on the nose. The taste got a style typical saison yeast backbone with a lingering dry and refreshing finish.

Foods:	Saison is the number one beer when it comes to food pairings, it can take on basically everything that is spicy, full of herbs and thanks to our love of hops, our Farmhouse even goes really well with more greasy dishes where other Saisons would not. This beer serves even exceptionally well with rich creamy cheese.

100$ BILLS

This new and sought after beerstyle is one that is hard to get because of many reasons, the amount of hops makes it very expensive to produce wich means no macro brewery even tries. Double dryhopping with these amounts makes the beer very hazy, this is the trademark of the style. Please drink fresh and store cool.

ABV:	7,1%
Ingredients:	Pale ale and wheat malt, water, hops (Ekuanot, Citra and Simcoe), yeast
Notes:	This hop-forward beer uses only hops late in the boil and is combined with a massive dry hopping to give a fruity, citrusy and exotic taste and aroma. The malt base contains a large percent wheat malt to give a creamy and smooth texture.

10$ BILLS

10 dollar bills huh? The name originates from the moment when one of our brewers, Samuel, tasted the very first testbatch. The beer was so nice he said to himself, -if I would be served this beer in a bar, I would spend every dollar on more. Please drink fresh and store cool.

Ingredients:	Pale ale and wheat malt, water, hops (Galaxy, Citra), yeast.
Notes:	This hop-forward beer uses only hops late in the boil and is combined with a massive dry hopping to give a fruity, citrusy and exotic taste and aroma. The malt base contains a large percent wheat malt to give a creamy and smooth texture.

HUS IPA

This is our backbone of a beer, our “stor stark” crisp yet creamy and bitter, broad specrum of flavours and scents makes this a beer that you keep coming back to.

Ingredients:	Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hops. Pale-, Caramel- & wheatmalt plus oats, American yeast.

WINTER WARMER

We've brewed the beer we, ourselves craves when the temperature drops and the darkness allows us to sit down in our armchairs and crack open something warming.

Style:	New World Barley Wine
ABV:	10%
Ingredients:	Amarillo and Rakau hops. Pale-, Caramelmalt and a mixture of English and American yeast cultures.
Notes:	American oak, pine and ripe citrus fruits. Rich stonefruits, dates, raisins and toffee sweetness wich embeds the warming 10%.
Temp:	10-12°C

Foods:	Wild game, stews, dark meats and cold cuts, holiday buffés and crème brulee.

VIKING WHISKY ALE

Den här ölen är specialbryggd för Vikings whiskykryssning. Tankegången när vi skapade ölen var att vi ville ha en öl som förde tankarna till Skottland, pubarna och naturen... och whiskyn såklart! Samtidigt ville vi inte att den skulle smaka torv och spritigt, så vi valde att skapa en brown ale där smakspektrat flörtar med de eleganta Speyside destillaten. Passar väldigt bra att dricka som den är eller med din favorithögländare i glaset bredvid. Den är även ypperlig till vinterns mustiga grytor och långkok. Som all vår öl är den ofiltrerad och opastöriserad.

Style:	Scottish Brown Ale
ABV:	6,2%
Ingredients:	Pale-, karamell- och rökmalt, Centennial humle, skotsk jäst, salt, belgiskt socker, russin samt whiskeydränkt fransk ek (Speyburn 15yo).
Notes:	Karamellig och maltig med toner av mörka stenfrukter som russin/dadlar även apelsinmarmelad och viss örtighet. En mjuk karaktär av ekfatslagrad whiskey samt en hint av rök, låg beska.

OLD & BITTER

Denna stil av öl härstammar från England och har gamla anor. En bitter med något högre alkoholstyrka och i sann Open water anda har vi använt osedvanligt mycket humle, både i kok och i torrhumling. Historiskt sett, när arbetsdagen var slut och arbetarna tog sig till puben för att sätta sig och ta en kall bitter, hade dom nog fått en alkoholsvagare och sötare öl. Vi tycker dom hade förtjänat bättre. Den här Premium Bittern är våran hyllning till de hårt arbetande människorna som grundade mycket av vår ölkultur.

Ingredients:	Pale ale, choklad, biscuit, caramel och black malt. Challenger humle och engelsk jäst, bourbonvanilj.
Notes:	Karamelligt knäckig i utseende klar med vitt skum. I doften är det klassiska engelska humlekaraktärer så som tall, stenfrukt och lätt kryddighet som backas upp av en rejäl maltryggrad av kakighet och bröd.

SEA WASP

Made as a celebration of our first anniversary.

Style:	Imperial Stout
ABV:	10%
Ingredients:	Malted Barley, Malted Oates, Wheat Malt, Honey(only local), Hops and Yeast.
Notes:	Coffee, chocolate, roasted malt and a subtle hint of cherries and honey. We did a double mash and added a large amount of local honey from the Åland Islands to create this dark and thick beer.

SPARKLING DRY MEAD

We think this mead is an excellent alternative to a sparkling wine, try serving it as a welcome drink at your next party and give your guests something extra to talk about.

Ingredients:	Water, Honey, Lemon, Raisins, hops, yeast
Notes:	Crisp and dry, big honey notes coming thru.This mead is all about the honey. We used 100% honey from a local Åland beekeeper to get the taste and aroma to really pop. Honey from the Åland Islands is something out of this world. We like to think that this sparkling dry mead really showcased the sheer quality of the honey.
